Aspris Woodview SEN School is a unique learning environment located in the London Borough of Bromley, providing specialist education services to support young people with autism. The new learning facility features a range of primary, secondary, and sixth form classrooms, and also includes therapy and sensory rooms, dining and vocational areas, a library, and a sports hall.

As interior designers, we worked closely with the client to bring their vision to life—creating a contemporary, engaging, and inclusive environment tailored to the specific needs of the students. Our design approach focused on sensory sensitivity, functionality, and flexibility, ensuring that each space was both welcoming and robust, while supporting individual learning pathways. By incorporating calming colour schemes, acoustic treatments, and carefully considered layouts, we contributed to a safe, multi-purpose environment where staff are empowered to meet students’ diverse needs and enhance their wellbeing.

Teaching and learning in this thoughtfully designed setting is now enriched by an atmosphere that promotes focus, comfort, and a sense of belonging.
